1.How do I join Institute of Ultrasound Training?

You can contact us on the given contact numbers or email address for complete information on the courses offered. Once you have selected the course suitable to you, you can submit your documents to us, along with the course fee and collect your admit card and books and attend the classes.

2. How to pay the course fee?

If under any circumstances, you cannot pay the total course fee in full, you may pay 50% of the amount at the time of registration, and the balance amount before joining class. You can pay the amount through Netbanking, cash or cheque.

3. Will I be able to view the lectures at any time?

As long as you are registered with us, you will have complete access to the study material online, at any time of the day, throughout the course duration.

4. How do I get my books?

Books can be picked up from the Institute any day during office hours. For online students, you can send a request on and we will courier the books to your address.

5. How do I clear my doubts?

If you opt for on-campus classes, you can clear your doubts with the available faculty during the class. For online classes, we will connect you with our faculty and alumni on our private Facebook group, where you can put up your doubts or raise topics of discussion.

6. When will I get my Certificate/Diploma?

After completion of your respective course duration and clearing your exit exam, you will be awarded your Certificate within 7-10 days, and the Diploma within 3-4 months.

7.What if I want to withdraw from the course?

If a student wishes to drop the course after starting classes, no fee refunds can be made. However, if the student wishes to withdraw registration before starting classes, the deposited amount will be refunded after a 25% deduction on the total course fee on account of administrative charges.
